Who are Tinkers?
Everyone entering the network self-identifies into one or more roles.
Tinkers share their skills, resources, and needs to transform healthcare. Each type below is a functional role on the network, not a rank — most people carry more than one code.
Tinker
A team player with the skills, knowledge, and resources to repair or improve a health necessity.
Blinker
Sees a health-related problem no one is paying attention to, and sends up the signal for someone to solve it.
Thinker
Has the knowledge or experience to make health better.
Inker
Has the money to pay for health innovation and wants to transform healthcare.
Linker
Knows people or places where things could happen, or knows how to manage people.
Prinker
A designer who can make things look better, feel better, work better.
Sinker
An irritating or disgusting person who doesn't contribute to the team. We do not want Sinkers with our Tinkers.

Tinker is the combination of a social network and a project-management, HIPAA-compliant platform for health innovation to happen.
Tinker Medical is the first collaborative platform capable of tracking activities, funds, and resources to capitalize sweat equity — the end-to-end solution from ideation to commercialization that lets Tinkers in every field share their skills for the greater good, and hopefully for a greater pay.
All activities performed within the platform are legally traceable. Activities generate sweat points — currency across Tinker-Net that can be traded for services from other Tinkers, or converted to equity and capital once a project is funded.
